India-EU maritime dialogue

The first maritime security dialogue between India and the European Union was held virtually. Talks focused on maritime security developments, regional cooperation activities and development of mutual interests and opportunities for bilateral cooperation. The objective of this diplomatic initiative is to develop mutual understanding and cooperation in the maritime security domain as another factor of the strategic partnership between the two sides in accordance with the India-EU Roadmap to 2025.
