India-Australia 2+2 Dialogue

The third India-Australia Secretary level 2+2 dialogue was held in the capital New Delhi on Monday, 9th December 2019.
The Indian delegation was led by the Defence Secretary Dr Ajay Kumar and Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhale, while the Australian delegation was led by their Foreign Secretary Frances Adamson and Defence Secretary Greg Moriarty.
During the dialogue, issues related in the areas to enhance cooperation in the field of defence technology and defence industry, bilateral defence engagements and regional security concerns were discussed. The dialogue will further enhance the defence cooperation engagements between the two countries.
The Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison will be visiting India next week.
