Hawking Radiation
Hawking radiation was first theorised by Stephen Hawking in 1974. According to the hypothesis, black holes are not pitch-black star swallowers. Rather, they emit light due to photon emission caused by transient quantum fluctuation. This phenomenon is known as Hawking radiation. Recently, this hypothesis has been proven by Israeli scientists who created a black hole analog out of a few thousand atoms. They proved that black holes are just like regular stars constantly emitting radiation.
