Essential Qualification

| 1 | Senior Surgeon | A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in speciality concerned. (iii) Work in a responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 3 years after post-graduation Degree or five years after post-graduation Diploma. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi. |
| 2 | Programme Officer | (i) Graduate in Arts/Science of a recognised University. (ii) Training in Labour Statistics. (iii) Experience in Administration of training programme and teaching of not less than two years. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi. |
| 3 | Block Development Officer | i) Degree in any branch from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Degree in Sociology/Social Work from a recognised University or equivalent. (ii) Knowledge of Marathi. |
| 4 | Assistant Agricultural Officer | (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture from an Agricultural University recognised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Marathi. (ii) Three years experience in Agriculture/Horticulture. |
