The participating countries in the international forum are Azerbaijan, Botswana, Egypt, Gabon, India, Lithuania, Oman, Seychelles, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Swaziland, etc. The forum targets mainly countries which are implementing the UNESCO developed General Education Quality Analysis Framework (GEQAF).
