‘Future India’ lecture series for students begins on 10th January

The Government of India’s autonomous body CSIR: Council of Scientific and Industrial Research’s constituent laboratory in Mysore -Central Food Technology Research Institute (CSIR-CFTRI) will be organizing ‘FUTURE INDIA’ lecture series beginning on Friday, 10th January 2020 under which lectures for students will be delivered by eminent scientists and technologists. CFTRI Mysore under the aegis of CSIR has been organizing such student-science connecting programs since 2017 for the school students and teachers of government schools in Mysore and its neighboring districts.

The first lecture will on ‘How Indian’s won the Silicon Valley’, will be delivered by information technology analyst and scientist Dr. Sivanand Kanavi. During the lecture series, there will be separate question-answer sessions in which subject related experts will be present to clarify and satiate the doubts of the students.  Entry for the lecture series is on invitation basis and is free, interested students can register themselves for participation by calling on 0821-2515910.
