From 1st to 3rd December 2015, first international film festival for the persons with disabilities (IFFPD) will be held in New Delhi. The festival will be organized to recognise the spirit of the persons with disabilities. The film festival would be organized by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment along-with National Films Development Corporation (NFDC).
