Important people like Mohd Afzal Parrey, who is the Chairperson of the District Development Council (DDC) Kulgam, and Athar Aamir, who is the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, were there. The main goal of this project is for all measures to show progress within three months, to make a big positive change in the block’s social and economic situation.
Program Goals and Implementation
The Deputy Commissioner laid out detailed goals to reach full saturation of certain markers that would greatly aid the growth of the Manzgam Block as a whole. Coordinated efforts from local line departments were stressed as being very important for getting the program done on time.

Distinctive Aspects and National Perspective
Mateen Nazir, a Guest Observer from NITI Aayog, talked about the initiative’s national context and how it fits into the government of India’s three-month effort to change things for the better. The campaign’s goal is to cover six important factors in 112 Aspirational Districts and 500 Aspirational Blocks, which includes Manzgam. The launch of the Sampoornata Abhiyan in Manzgam is a major step toward the overall development of the area.
