More About Cyber Defence Framework
A cyber defence system is a long-term plan for handling and lowering cyber threats. The NIST Cybersecurity Framework, created by the National Institute of Standards and Technology in the United States, is one example. It has five main functions: identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover. The Centre for Internet Security made the CIS Critical Security Controls, which list 20 controls that can be used to protect your computer. The ISO/IEC 27001 standard spells out what an information security management system (ISMS) needs to do, with a focus on managing risks. The MITRE ATT&CK framework gives a full list of the strategies and methods that threat actors use, which helps with planning defences and making models of threats. Putting these kinds of frameworks in place can make a company much more resistant to cyber threats.
