Epigraph algorithm

Epigraph algorithm is a novel computer algorithm that could predict vaccine candidate for various diseases. It was developed by scientists at the Los Alamos National Lab in the USA. The software was recently used to predict HIV vaccine candidates. The software designs a mix of vaccine antigen to increase efficacy across a diverse population. It could pave way for developing pan-influenza vaccine or a pan-coronavirus vaccine. This could help expedite vaccine response in the future.
