‘ELECRAMA 2020’ inaugurated on 18th January
The Union Minister of Heavy Industries &Public Enterprises, Prakash Javadekar, in the presence of R.K Singh, the Minister of Power and New & Renewable Energy (Independent Charge), inaugurated the flagship showcase of the Indian electrical industry, ELECRAMA 2020 on Saturday, 18th January 2020 at the Indian Expo Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, which provides a platform for the Indian industries in the electrical sector to connect with the international industries for innovation and new trends of technology.
ELECRAMA is organized by the Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (IEEMA), once in every two years. It is an exhibition cum conference in the field of Indian electrical industry. The event displays various products and technologies in the field and creates a trading platform between buyers and sellers. It also hosts various seminars for knowledge exchange. The Power Minister addressed the event and said that India requires to triple it’s current per capita consumption to reach the global average of 3600 units.
