King Charles will be featured on the cover of the Big Issue magazine for his 75th birthday, where he will introduce his Coronation Food Project, aimed at tackling food insecurity and reducing surplus food waste, with the official launch scheduled for November 14.
The initiative seeks to tackle food insecurity among financially disadvantaged individuals and reduce the problem of unnecessary food waste.

Lok Sabha Ethics Committee adopted a report recommending the expulsion of Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra from the Lower House over a “cash-for-query” allegation.
The ethics committee report will be tabled in the Lok Sabha on the first day of the Winter Session.

The Bihar Assembly unanimously passed a Bill to increase reservation for Backward Classes, Extremely Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, and Scheduled Tribes from the existing 50% to 65%.
With the 10% Economically Backward Class (EWS) quota, the Bill will push reservation in Bihar to 75%. The Supreme Court bench in 1992, upheld the OBC quota. However, it also ruled that the total quota must never exceed 50%, calling this limit fair and reasonable.
