In the write-up about the Lokpal Bill, where you’ve mentioned that citizens can now approach the Lokpal for their grievances against public servants, you should make it clear that the bill introduced by the govt in the Parliament covers only higher bureaucracy, civil servants of Secretary level and above. And since most of the interaction of public is with the street-level bureaucracy, effectively the public will not have any place to move for the redressal of their grievances.
