CSIR IHBT Hand Sanitizers
Scientists at the CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology in Himachal Pradesh have developed a hand sanitizer in light of the increase in demand for such products across India.
Hand Sanitizers
Hand sanitizers are sanitation products used for neutralising infectious agents on the hands. They are either in liquid or gel form. Many of them are alcohol based. The hand sanitizers are an alternative for hand washing with soap and water.
About the Product
The hand sanitizer developed by the lab contains natural flavours, active tea constituents and alcohol (in accordance with WHO guidelines). It is devoid of chemicals like triclosan, paraben, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, etc. The product is to be commercially produced and sold by A B Scientific Solutions.
