Common Yoga Protocol
Common Yoga Protocol was designed by a team of Yoga experts and gurus and it is the key feature in the upcoming observance of International Yoga Day. It is a training program which includes safe practices to improve the health- physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. The protocol has been designed in an easily adoptable format and can be learnt using online classes or simple training sessions. The AYUSH ministry has been organising the CYP- Yoga Appreciation Program.
