China’s economy registers slowest growth in 13 years

The economy of China registered a growth of 7.8% which is slowest in last 13 years. Its growth was 9.3% and 10.4% in 2011 and 2010 respectively. However the current growth rate has managed to marginally surpass the 7.5% target fixed by the government by generating a gross domestic product of 51.93 trillion yuan ($8.28 trillion) in 2012.
