Centre to launch Tilhan Mission

During the event organised on Soil Health Card Day, the Union Agriculture Minister of India, Narendra Singh Tomar announced that the government will launch Tilhan Mission.

The objective of the mission is to make the country self-reliant in oilseed production. He also announced that the Government is to set up 10,000 new farmer produce organisations by 2024.
