CBSE Competency Based Education Project

CBSE Competency Based Education Project is an initiative to replace the currently prevailing rote learning model with a competency based education. This is in line with the National Education Policy of 2020. CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and the British Council with other agencies from the UK are involved in this project. Recently, a competency-based assessment framework for 3 subjects- English, Maths and Science was released by the CBSE for classes 6 to 10.
