Catch the Rain campaign

Catch the Rain campaign is an initiative of the Ministry of Jal Shakti to promote rainwater conservation. It is implemented under the Jal Shakti Abhiyan and is conducted during the pre-monsoon and monsoon periods. Under this campaign, the ministry urges the stakeholders to set up rainwater harvesting structures suited to local climatic and soil conditions. The campaign is to span between March and November of 2021 on the theme of “Catch the rain, where it falls, when it falls”.
