Candidates should have a valid personal E-mail ID. It should be kept active till the recruitment process is fully complete.
Essential Qualification
BE/BTech. or equivalent in Civil Engineering for JTO(Civil) & in Electrical Engineering for JTO(Electrical) from a recognized Institution.
Also, candidates need to appear in GATE exam 2019, opting one paper from selected two disciplines of GATE paper codes i.e. Electrical (EE) & Civil(CE)
Age
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 30 years
Upper Age limit is relaxable by:
3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).
5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Persons with Disabilities Candidates:
- By 10 years for General
- By 13 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- By 15 years for SC/ST
Fee
UR/OBC: Rs 1000
SC/ST: Rs 500
The fee has to be paid only through online mode i.e. Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card only.
Selection Process
Candidates would be selected through GATE Score-2019.
Other Information
Pay Scale
Executive[E-1A] of Rs.16,400 – Rs.40,500 as per 2nd PRC with annual increment @ 3% of basic pay plus IDA, HRA, Perks, Medical Benefits, etc. admissible as per BSNL Company rules.
Bond
Candidates have to execute a bond in the format as specified to serve for a period of 5 years.
