Best Practices in Social Sector: A Compendium, 2023

The social sector is crucial in India and encompasses various components such as education, health, sanitation, and more, which are significant for human development. The sector has witnessed several successful interventions by various stakeholders, showcasing innovative approaches and effective strategies. To document such initiatives as reference models, NITI Aayog collaborated with UNDP to release the “Best Practices in Social Sector: A Compendium, 2023”. The aim is to highlight replicable, sustainable, and impactful models for enhancing grassroots quality of life and serve as a handbook for future scale-up.
