Autism awareness walk organised in Janakpuri

Autism awareness walk was organised yesterday in Janakpuri area to create awareness about autism, which is a neurodevelopment disorder that includes impairments in social interaction and communication skills combined with rigid, repetitive behaviours. The walk was organised by UDAI Working Together Works, a school for differently-abled children, where 300 students of Shankara School Noida, Amarjyoti, and Ashtavakra volunteered and others participated. The walk coincided with the World Autism Awareness Day.
