    Sir, "Naional Horticulture Mission" includes all the states and Union territories except the eight North Eastern States including Sikkim and the States of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, which are covered under another Mission called the "Technology Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture in the North Eastern States" (TMNE).

    Sir, According to a source (wiki), the oldest municipal corporation in India is Madras(1688),and also it says that Kolkata Municipal Corporation is the first Municipal corporation in India established in 1876.
    Please clear the confusion.

    Madras was the first to have a Municipal Coroporation in 1687 and two presidency towns of Bombay and Calcutta joined the league in 1720. But they were given municipal status under the acts of 1720 abd 1850. At the time of Mayo's Resolution 1870, there were around 190 municipalities in British India.
