The projects approved by the bank included a $ 165 million loan for a Power Distribution System Upgrade and Expansion Project in Bangladesh, $ 216.5 million loan for a National Slum Upgrading Project in Indonesia, $ 100 million loan to finance the Shorkot-Khanewal Section of National Motorway M-4 in Pakistan and a $ 27.5 million loan for the Dushanbe-Uzbekistan Border Road Improvement Project in Tajikistan. The loan would have an interest rate of London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) plus 1.15 % and a repayment period of 25 years with 5 years in grace period.
