The 6th edition of Heart of Asia – Istanbul Ministerial Process 2016, a regional conference, will be held in New Delhi on April 26, 2016. The conference was established in 2011 to provide a platform to discuss regional issues, particularly encouraging security, political, and economic cooperation among Afghanistan and its neighbors.
