The President of India Pranab Mukherjee has inaugurated “Festival of Innovations” at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi on March 12, 2016. The week-long festival is being organised by Rashtrapati Bhavan in collaboration with the National Innovation Foundation.
