I have a small query for quiz no. 282 posted on 6th December 2009 for question no. 5 "Creation of a very strong Centre is a federal feature" according to the answer given, but I think the answer should be Quasi federal feature, please confirm if my understanding is right or wrong.

@Q5 : federal and unitary form of government is two extreme.Quasi federal means in between these two extreme. India is a quasi federal as many scholar argues. So, answer must be Non federal i.e. unitary.
