Rare Superman Comic Sells for Record $6 Million at Auction

A 1938 copy of Action Comics No. 1, the comic that introduced Superman to the world, has been sold for a record-setting $6 million at auction. The rare comic was purchased by an anonymous buyer, making it the most expensive comic book ever sold at auction.

The previous record was held by another Superman comic, Superman No. 1, which sold privately for $5.3 million in 2022.
