People are likely to condemn and approve the acts of other people in their own and other culture. Managing ethics in the workplace comprises recognising and putting precedence to values that guides individual acts in the organization. To ensure the ethics is established and maintained, the management should make sure that associated policies and procedures enacted and achieved. These six pillars are ethical values that guide an employee’s choices in the workplace. The conduct has standards that arise from these values which form the ground rules of ethics, and it helps in ethical decision making
