What are main communicable and non-communicable human diseases?

Communicable Disease or infectious disease is resulting from the presence of pathogenic microbial agents, including pathogenic viruses, pathogenic bacteria, fungi, protozoa, multicellular parasites, and aberrant proteins known as prions.
The main communicable diseases are as follows:

Diseases Caused By Virus

These include – AIDS, Chickenpox Poliomyelitis:, Measles, Rubella or German measles, Herpes Simplex, Herpes Zoster, Mumps, Rabies, Trachoma, Influenza, Jaundice (Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C), Rabies, Bird Flu, Swine Flu, Chikungunya, Viral Pneumonia, Colds, Typhus, Psittacosis, Dengue etc.

Diseases Caused By Worms

Filariasis, Hookworms, Ascariasis: Ascaris lumbricoides, Taeniasis, Enterobiasis, Schistosomiasis, Elephantiasis etc.

Diseases Caused By Bacteria

Non-Communicable Disease

A disease which does not result from the presence of pathogens and may result from the imbalance in the dietary constituents, general wear and tear of tissues and uncontrolled growth of tissues, metabolic disorders or injury to any part of the body is called non communicable disease.
