How many Fundamental Rights have been guaranteed by the Indian Constitution to its citizens?
The Indian Constitution guarantees six fundamental freedoms to the citizens of India. These freedoms include:-
- freedom of speech and expression;
- freedom of assembly ;
- freedom to form associations ;
- freedom of movements ;
- freedom to reside and to settle ; and
- freedom of profession, occupation, trade or business.
