Sangha Trinational
Sangha Trinational is a protected area in the Congo Basin and incorporates three national parks with a total size of 750,000 hectares, much of which remains untouched by the civilization. It is located at a place where Cameroon, the Republic of Congo and the Central African Republic meet, thus, encompassing three contiguous national parks in these three countries. The site features a wide range of humid tropical forest ecosystems with rich flora and fauna, including Nile Crocodiles and Goliath Tigerfish. It was included in World Heritage List of 2012.
