Sir M Visvesvaraya Terminal

Sir M Visvesvaraya Terminal is a railway terminal, named after the Bharat Ratna awardee and one of the foremost civil engineers in India, in Bengaluru. The terminal is set to be India’s first centralized air conditioned railway terminal. This terminal is in Baiyappanahalli and was built at the cost of 314 crore INR. It has 7 platforms and 6 stabling lines along with airport-like features. The terminal has the capacity to handle 50 trains per day.
