International Commission on Large Dams

Headquartered in Paris, the International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD) is an international non-governmental organisation providing platform for sharing professional knowledge and information regarding design, construction, maintenance and impact of large dams. It was established in 1928. India is hosting the high level meeting of ICOLD. The event is conducted in collaboration with Central Water Commission, Dam Rehabilitation Improvement Project and Nation Hydrology Project.
