My Personal Mutanome or MPM is a personalised platform developed by the Cleveland Clinic researchers for fast-tracking advanced research on genomic medicine and genome-informed drug therapies against cancer mutation. It provides information about the role of disease-associated mutations in cancer and prioritises mutations that may respond to drug therapies. It will help identify new functional mutations/genes, drug targets etc., for enabling fast-paced progress towards cancer precision medicines.
