Oath Keepers

Oath Keepers is a far right paramilitary organisation in the USA. It was formed in 2009 and is noted for its involvement in unrest following the shooting of an African American person in 2014. It is considered to be an anti-government extremist group which is a part of the ‘patriot movement’ involving militia, sovereign citizens, etc. They recruit military personnel, firefighters and police officers. 3 individuals of the group were indicted by a federal court in District of Columbia recently.
