World number one Table tennis player Chen Meng clinched the ITTF Women’s World Cup title of this year.
The 26-year old player beat Chinese compatriot Sun Yingsha to win her maiden ITTF Women’s World Cup title in Weihai. She also became the first winner of the ITTF’s #RESTART series.

The Internal Market Bill is designed to protect the trade between Britain’s four nations after the process of Brexit.
Recently, the House of Lords voted against the clauses in the bill which would allow the British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to breach Britain’s EU exit treaty. This is seen as a defeat to the ruling Conservative Party in the upper chamber.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will co-chair the virtual 17th India-ASEAN summit, along with the Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
The leaders are expected to note the adoption of ASEAN-India Plan of Action (2021-2025). The Prime Minister attended the 16th ASEAN-India Summit in Bangkok in November last year.

As per a first of its kind assessment of coral reefs in U.S. waters by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the University of Maryland, the reefs off the Florida coast are the most degraded, with 2% remaining.
The sensitive underwater ecosystems are said to have recorded a continued decline. These ecosystems are essential to the health of the world’s oceans, as per the researchers.
