Boxer Shyam Kumar wins gold medal at Thailand International

Indian boxer K Shyam Kumar has won gold medal at the Thailand International Tournament in the 49- kilogram category held in Bangkok. In the final match, he was declared winner after Olympic champion Hasanboy Dusmatov of Uzbekistan pulled out of the bout owing to an injury. It was Kumar’s second gold medal at the event after he had first gold medal in the 2015 edition.
