Iran halts internet virus
Iran has said that it has neutralized an internet virus which attacked computers at industrial sites in Hormozgan province in southern Iran. In past too, Iran has faced attacks targeting the country’s nuclear facilities and industrial sites.
In 2010, Iran’s uranium enrichment centrifuges were hit by the Stuxnet computer worm, which Tehran believes was planted by its perceived enemies Israel or the United States.
