    Q17. I have a doubt on this question.
    I guess the answer should be 24.
    In July 2004,the rules were amended and the number was increased to 24 from 17.

    Art.360 relates with Financial emergency which never invoked in India fortunately whereas Art.356 relates with States emergency has implementated more than 100 times and misused by politicians.

    sir for question no. 8,as per my knowledge there are two impeachment helded in india ,one for V.Ramaswami and other for Soumitra Sen.
