IIM Shillong, Meghalaya has invited applications from qualified and interested candidates having the required qualifications for the recruitment of Faculty Positions as Professor, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors. The selection process will have written test and/or interview. Pay Scale

Professor : Initial Basic Pay Rs. 159100/-
Associate Professor: Initial Basic Pay Rs. 139600/-
Assistant Professor Grade-I : Initial Basic Pay Rs. 101500/-
Assistant Professor Grade-II : Initial Basic Pay Rs. 70900/-
Visiting Faculty On Contract: Consolidated Remuneration of Rs. 88000/- per month.
Professor (on re-employment) : Fixation of pay as per Govt. of India Rules
