Essential Qualification
- candidate must practice as an advocate in india or admitted as an advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.
Selection Procedure
Selection of candidates for all the posts would be made on the basis of the performance of the eligible candidates in the following:
- Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination (objective type with 25% negative marking) for selection for the main examination;
- Delhi Judicial Service Main Examination (Written) for selection of candidates for calling for Viva voice
Age
Maximum: 32 years
Cut Off Date: 01.01.2020
Upper Age limit is relaxable by:
5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Persons with Disabilities Candidates:
- By 10 years for General
- By 13 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- By 15 years for SC/ST
Fee
General/OBC candidates: Rs 1000
SC/ST/PwD candidates: Rs 200
The fee has to be paid online through credit card/debit card, Net Banking and other such modes available.

Pay Scale
Rs. 56100-177500 in the 10th level of matrix of 7th CPC Revised Corresponding Pay Matrix and Pay Level.
