Essential Qualification

For Junior-clerk-cum-copyist, Junior Typist, Stenographer Grade-III:

Citizen of India
Should have passed +2 examination
Should have passed at least Diploma in Computer Applications
Speak, read and write Odia equivalent M.E. standard

For Salaried Amin:

Should have passed the matriculation examination or equivalent examination.
Knowledge in computer applications.

Selection Procedure

Selection of candidates for all the posts would be made on the basis of the performance of the eligible candidates in the following:

Junior-clerk-cum-copyist:

English: 100 marks

Arithmetic: 100 marks

General Knowledge: 100

Computer Science Test: 100

Viva-Voice: 45

Stenographer Grade-III & Junior Typist:

English: 100 marks

Shorthand & type test for stenographer Grade-III: 50 marks

Typewriting test: 50 marks

Computer science test: 100 marks

Viva-voice: 35 marks

Salaried Amin:

Arithmetic: 100 marks

Technical knowledge in survey and settlement: 100 marks

Handwriting in odia: 50 marks

English: 50 marks

Computer: 50 marks

Viva-voice: 30

Age

Minimum: 18 years

Maximum: 32 years

Fee

General/OBC candidates: Rs 100

SC/ST candidates: Nil

The fee has to be paid only by the mode of Treasury Challan under the Head “0070-Other Administrative Services-01-Administration of Justice-501-Services and Service fees-9904650-Law Department-9916730-Examination fees for Recruitment conducted by Orissa District & Subordinate Courts”
