Indian Oil Corporation Limited has issued notifications for recruiting eligible candidates as apprentices at its Paradip Refinery under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 (as amended) in the Trades/Disciplines mentioned below. Please find detailed information regarding the vacancies below.

Selection Procedure
Selection of candidates for all the posts would be made on the basis of the performance of the eligible candidates in the following:
- Written Test of two hours duration
- Personal Interview
The ratio of marks to be scored in the Written Test and interview will be 85:15. The candidates need to secure a minimum of 40% marks at each stage
Age
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 24 years
Cut Off Date: 28.02.2019
Upper Age limit is relaxable by:
- 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer).
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Persons with Disabilities Candidates:
- By 10 years for General
- By 13 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- By 15 years for SC/ST
Other Information
Stipend
Selected candidates will be given a consolidated stipend of an amount equivalent to a prescribed percentage of the minimum wages applicable in the State plus Rs 2500 per month.
