What is meant by Collective farming?
In Collective Farming, the land is amalgamated into large collective farms run by a manager and worked by laborers. A proportion of the produce is given to the Government, and the workers receive shares of the sale proceeds of the remained as wages, according to the work done. It is started in the U.S.S.R. and now practiced in other E. European countries, N. Vietnam, China, and North Korea.
