What is EM3 Agri Services? What help it can give to farming?

EM3 Agri Services is a start-up which aims for increasing agricultural productivity by using technology and mechanization for the farmers on the basis of Pay-For-Use. The farmers can rent farm equipment and services on Pay-For-Use basis which is typically based on area of farm or number of working hours. Starting from land preparation, sowing/transplanting, crop management, harvesting, and post-harvest farm management all the services are offered by EM3 Agri Services which are affordable by a farmer.

Currently it operates with the name of Samadhan in Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat and recently it as tied up with Rajasthan government to expand its services in Rajasthan. The services under Samadhan are offered through Samadhan Kendra which is enabled by IT and managed by Argi professionals.

In India, 90 million households are engaged in agriculture activities with such a large number the conditions of Indian farmer is poor and the productivity is below International standards. Most of the farmers cannot afford machines to carry out different operation on their farms and depends mostly on manual work. The only advantage of manual work is that labours are available readily but the disadvantages it has are it is time consuming and not very efficient. So with the help Samadhan, the farmer can get access to latest technology and farming equipment when and where he needs which will increase its production and profit.
