Khwaja, who superannuated from service on February 2014, had held key positions such as Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministries of Tourism and Mines and Chairman and Managing Director of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL). The ASCI is the prestigious institute in training managers since 1956 and its headquarters is located at Hyderabad, Telangana.
