The 5th edition of International Energy Forum (IEF)- International Gas Union (IGU) Ministerial Forum has been inaugurated by Dharmendra Pradhan, the Minister of State (I/C) for Petroleum and Natural Gas, in New Delhi. The Ministerial forum is being held as a parallel event to the 3-day Petrotech-2016.
